GENERAL TERMS

I have the right to refuse your commission
My art is NOT to be used in accordance with AI engines, or for other nefarious purposes.
I will not approve the reselling of my work as NFT's or otherwise.
You will need written approval from all parties involved if you plan to include other's characters.
I will require credit if work is to be used for commercial purposes.
For commercial purposes, fees will vary depending on purpose.
I would like to stream your art, inform me if you have any reservations or particular conditions regarding that.

TIMELINE

Depending on queue please allow for 1-2 days before a proper response.
Upon receiving half of the payment, expect a 2-3 week wait period unless otherwise specified.
If there is a deadline, please specify accordingly. Dependent on the timeline, there will be additional rush charges.

All payments will be invoice via Paypal.
There will be upcharges on any and all edits past the sketch phase of the project.
Rush fees are dependent on your deadline, please contact me for more info.
Commercial fees are dependent on intended use, please contact me for more info.
Complex designs will incur additional charges, you will be informed regarding such possibilities.
